Withdrawal of the Proqual Steel Erector Level 3 Diploma (603/2366/8)

CSCS have formally advised Proqual Awarding Body of the withdrawal of CSCS recognition for the Proqual Steel Erector Level 3 Diploma (qualification number 603/2366/8) effective from 1st August 2024. This is because the qualification does not have the support of the standard setting body and therefore is not compliant with the Construction Leadership Council’s One Industry Logo action.
This decision affects new applicants only. Existing cardholders remain unaffected and can continue to renew their card.
Are you registered to complete this Proqual qualification?
Individuals who have already registered for the Proqual Steel Erector Level 3 Diploma prior to 1st August 2024, but have not completed the qualification, can continue to obtain their CSCS Skilled card. Once you have achieved the qualification contact CSCS for further guidance on how to apply.
Please note: CSCS will not accept applications for a CSCS Skilled card for any individuals that register for the Proqual Steel Erector Level 3 Diploma from 1st August 2024 onwards,

For Steel Erectors impacted by this withdrawal who have not registered for the Proqual Steel Erector Level 3 Diploma but require a CSCS card, should now contact the ACE card scheme for qualification advice.
